E-commerce System Architecture & Leadership – Technical Lead

Led the end-to-end architecture and development of a comprehensive e-commerce ecosystem serving online customers, internal logistics teams, and external vendors. Oversaw multiple sub-systems with modular architecture.

• Directed a team of 5 developers across backend and frontend to deliver key services: Delivery System, Order Management, Invoice Generation, Feedback Collection, Booking Scheduling.
• Defined API contracts, database schemas, and service orchestration logic for microservices-based design.

• Distribution Management System (DMS): Developed backend features and contributed to mobile app for sales representatives. Reviewed code and maintained system stability in .NET Core and React Native environment.
• Recruitment Platform: Designed PostgreSQL schema, implemented PDF resume generation, and contributed to backend logic in NodeJS and TypeScript. Introduced code review process to ensure team consistency.
• Online Searching System: Handled ETL for millions of records using custom Ruby on Rails tool and Pentaho. Designed auditing and normalization logic with PostgreSQL stored procedures.
• VDES – Event Booking Platform: Delivered booking and search features using NodeJS and ReactJS. Deployed system on Google Cloud and resolved production bugs to ensure system reliability.
• Mental Health Tracking Platform: Developed a web-based system to create customizable questionnaires for mental health assessments. Enabled practitioners to monitor patient well-being over time based on user responses. Focused on form builder design, response tracking logic, and data privacy.
• Enterprise Chatbot with LLM & RAG: Built a chatbot system using Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques to answer user queries based on internal enterprise documentation. Integrated data ingestion, vector indexing (FAISS/Chroma), and secure API communication to ensure accurate, domain-specific responses.
